1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fullbody-massage.in ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Platform Overview

fullbody-massage.in is an online marketplace that connects clients with independent, professional massage therapists for home-based wellness services across 120+ cities in India. The Platform facilitates bookings, payments, and service coordination. We do not directly provide massage therapy services - therapists operate as independent professionals.

For Clients

  • Flexible booking with subscription plans
  • Professional therapist matching and scheduling
  • Dedicated customer support

For Therapists

  • Freelance earning opportunities through client appointments
  • Flexible working schedules and location-based work
  • Professional development and business support
  • Secure payment processing

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements

  • All users must be 18 years of age or older
  • Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using our services

Registration Obligations

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
  • Update information promptly when changes occur
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Account Responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for all activities under your account
  • One person may maintain only one active account
  • Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited
  • Account transfers to other individuals are not permitted

4. Services and Booking

Booking Process

  • Services are available only within our designated coverage areas
  • All bookings are subject to therapist availability
  • A booking is confirmed only after payment is processed

Payment Structure

  • 40% advance payment required at the time of booking
  • Remaining 60% payable after service completion
  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes

Coin Wallet

  • The Platform offers a coin wallet system for payments
  • Coins can be used to pay for bookings and subscriptions
  • Coin balances are non-transferable
  • Unused coins do not expire while your account is active

Payment Methods

  • Payments processed through secure online payment methods available on the Platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds

5. Payment Terms

Client Payments

  • Subscription fees billed as per selected plan
  • Payment required before service activation
  • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes

Therapist Payments

  • Weekly payments as per city-specific schedule
  • Payments for completed and verified appointments only
  • Platform service fees deducted as per agreement

6. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled appointment
  • Cancellations less than 2 hours before may be subject to cancellation fees
  • No-shows are treated as a completed booking with no refund

Platform or Therapist Cancellations

  • Full refund or option to reschedule at no additional cost

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

  • Refunds after service delivery are only issued after review by our team for verified cases of genuine dissatisfaction
  • Simply requesting a refund without valid reason does not qualify
  • All refund requests are subject to investigation and team verification

8. User Conduct

For All Users

  • Maintain respectful and professional behavior
  • Do not share personal contact information outside the Platform to bypass the booking system
  • Do not engage in illegal, abusive, or inappropriate activity
  • Do not attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or booking systems

For Clients

  • Clients choose and book services at their own discretion and responsibility
  • Clients must maintain respectful and professional behavior with therapists at all times
  • Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward therapists will result in immediate and permanent ban
  • The platform is not responsible for interactions between clients and therapists beyond facilitating the booking

For Therapists

  • Services available on the platform are defined and listed by the platform
  • Therapists choose which listed services they wish to provide at their own discretion
  • Therapists must maintain professional and respectful behavior with all clients at all times
  • Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior toward clients will result in immediate removal from the platform
  • Therapists provide services as independent professionals and are solely responsible for their conduct

Strictly Forbidden

  • Sharing personal contact information outside the Platform to bypass the booking system
  • Engaging in any illegal, abusive, or inappropriate activity
  • Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior toward any user
  • Attempting to manipulate reviews, ratings, or booking systems
  • Using the Platform for any purpose other than its intended services

Consequences

  • Immediate account suspension or permanent ban
  • Forfeiture of unused subscription benefits or coin balance
  • Legal action where applicable

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Platform is a technology marketplace, not a service provider
  • We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or quality of independent therapists
  • We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses during appointments
  • Total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Users assume responsibility for all service interactions

10. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes must first be raised through customer support via email
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration under Indian law
  • Courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction
  • You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in class action proceedings
