Limitation of Liability

  • Actions or conduct of therapists or clients
  • Quality of services provided by independent contractor therapists
  • Any injuries, damages, or losses during service appointments
  • Technical issues, service interruptions, or data loss

Damage Limitations

  • Our liability limited to amount of fees paid in past 12 months
  • No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Users assume full risk for use of platform and services
  • Independent insurance coverage recommended for all users
