Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 2 or more hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the advance payment
  • No-shows (failure to be available at the booked time and location) will be treated as a completed booking and no refund will be issued
  • To cancel, use the cancellation option in your dashboard or contact support

Platform or Therapist Cancellations

  • If we or the assigned therapist cancel your appointment, you will receive a full refund of any advance paid
  • Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule at no additional cost

Refund Policy

After Service Delivery

  • Refunds for completed services are not automatic
  • If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the service quality, you may raise a refund request within 24 hours of service completion
  • All refund requests are reviewed and verified by our team
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of verified, genuine dissatisfaction with service quality
  • Simply requesting a refund without a valid reason does not qualify
  • Our team's decision on refund eligibility is final

Advance Payment Refunds

  • If you cancel within the free cancellation window (2 or more hours before appointment), your advance payment will be refunded in full
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Refunds Are Not Issued For

No-shows, cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment, or service completion without a valid complaint raised within 24 hours.

Subscription Refunds

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
  • If you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle

Coin Wallet

  • Coins deducted for a cancelled booking (within the free cancellation window) will be credited back to your wallet
  • Coin purchases are non-refundable
  • Coins used for completed bookings are not refundable

  • Include your registered phone number and booking ID
  • Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
